Fermented Fruit

BerriesYour average fruit cocktail is a bit of a let-down. Sure it has fruit. But where's the cocktail? I fixed that.

110g (4oz) strawberries
110g (4oz) blueberries
110g (4oz) raspberries
110g (4oz) banana slices
125ml (125fl oz) fresh-squeezed orange juice
4 tablespoons Lemon Peel Vodka (from The Vodka Cookbook) or lemon-flavored vodka
2 tablespoons sugar

1. Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and bananas with orange juice, vodka and sugar and mix well.
2. Chill and serve in martini glasses
